YOU ARE LOSING BONE NOW Protect The Life Your Bones Support

There is no cure for bone loss. Prevention has a window. You can't know how much of yours is left until you look

Let's put the bone health on our radar before they fail

Echolight REMS® changing the future of bone health

Every number you track is soft tissue. Weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose — all of it.

The frame holding it up has never been measured.

Your bones don't warn you. They just fail.

For years before that, they change silently and nobody checks. Standard screening doesn't begin until 65, and the scan they run then is a DEXA: it measures how much mineral is present

It still doesn't tell you how the skeleton is built, not whether the structure holds, not whether you ever built enough bone to begin with.

Echolight REMS® is the only technology that reads the architecture itself one patent, one instrument, chosen by NASA to monitor astronaut bone. Sound instead of radiation: density, quality, and your direct five-year fracture risk in thirty minutes.

The 40-Year Gap

THE REAL QUESTION ISN'T HOW MUCH MINERAL IS IN YOUR BONES ARE.IT'S WHETHER THEY'LL HOLD.

For 40 Years The Medical System Asked One Question.

How dense is your bone, How much mineral it has?

It Didn't Asked If It Holds.

Echolight REMS® Does

Your bones carry thousands of loads every day: every step, every stair, every weight you lift, every time you catch yourself from a fall.

Density tells us how much mineral is there (how dense). But it does not tell us how well the bone is built to handle those forces.

Two bones can have similar density. One may spread the load through a well-connected internal structure.

In the other, force concentrates through weaker areas, making the bone more fragile.

Same density. Same load. Very different odds of breaking. The amount of bone matters. How that bone handles the load matters more.

02 THE FULLER PICTURE

Three Questions About Your Bones. Your Density Score Answers Only One.

Every REMS® assesses your spine and hip, the same central skeletal sites measured by DEXA, but gives you more than a density score. It adds information about bone quality and combines it with density to estimate your 5-year fracture risk, helping you see a more complete picture of your bone health.

Bone Mineral Density

How much mineral is in your bone? The familiar measurement reported as BMD, T-score, and Z-score.

Fragility Score

How well is your bone built inside? The REMS Fragility Score adds information about bone internal structure that density alone does not provide.

5-Year Fracture Risk

What do density and quality mean together? REMS combines your density and Fragility Score to estimate your 5-year fracture risk.

Body Composition

What else is changing alongside your bones? Body composition can provide additional insight into muscle, fat, and metabolic health.

03 The technology

How REMS® works.

A probe is placed at your lumbar spine and proximal femur — the same sites a DEXA would measure. The sound wave enters; the echo returns. What it reads gets matched against a peer-reviewed reference database of 10,000+ real bone specimens. Your result tells you where you rank, and which one yours resembles.

04 DON’T WAIT FOR THE FRACTURE

Your bones may be at risk long before anyone thinks to look.

Some risks weaken bone quietly. Others can hide behind a reassuring density score. Find yourself below. Wherever you are starting, the goal is the same: know more now, while you still have time to act.

DIAGNOSED WITH OSTEOPENIA/OSTEOPOROSIS

One number changed everything. Now you want to know what your density score does not tell you and see a fuller picture of your bone health.

CONCERNED ABOUT MEDICATION

This is an important decision. Get more information first. REMS adds information about bone quality and fracture risk to support a more informed conversation with your healthcare provider.

PERIMENOPAUSE & MENOPAUSE

Up to 20% of bone loss can happen during the menopause transition. You may feel no symptoms while your bones are changing fast.

Type 2 diabetes

Your density can look normal, even high. Your fracture risk can still be higher. This is exactly why looking beyond density matters.

PRE-OP ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY

Your implant is only as secure as the bone supporting it. Know more about the bone before surgery.

CANCER TREATMENT

Some treatments that fight cancer can also accelerate bone loss. Know where your bones stand during and after treatment and no radiation
